Retail Purchases Refund Policy
1. There is a 20% restocking
fee on returned stock items only.
2. The items must be returned within
60 days from date of purchase
and must be in re-sellable condition.
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Prime
Arts Ltd.
4. Please include in the return: Customer's name as
it appears on credit card, address, phone number and
credit card numbers and expiration used for purchase
and if possible, copy of invoice must accompany
the returned goods.
5. Upon receipt of goods, a credit will be issued to
the credit card used for purchase of original merchandise
minus the 20% restocking fee. |
